At Penridge Dentistry we are offering 3D Scanning and printing as part of our services. Our equipment allows us to easily and quickly produce 3D scans of patients mouths in high resolution and accurate colour.

Pre-Operation Scans
The data from the scans can be used in creating prosthesis and for comparison to Post- Operation.

Impression Scans
This allows us to create models of the patients mouth so that we can produce impressions for creating bite plates and retainers. As opposed to the traditional method, this does not involve the use of composite in the patients mouth and is therefore a more comfortable experience.

Clinical Reference
The models can be used for reference in ongoing treatment and surgery.

Occlusion Analysis
This allows us to analyse how your teeth meet when your jaw comes together to "bite". The data recorded by the scan allows us to view the points of contact and use the data to diagnose corrections.
